Homemade Cake Recipe
There's
nothing like the taste of a cake you made in your own kitchen. Baking a cake is
as simple as measuring ingredients, mixing them in the right order, and
remembering to take the cake out of the oven before it burns. Read on to learn

INGREDIENTS
- 5 Spoons unsalted butter / Ghee
- 1 Bowl of Rawa
- 1 and ½ cup of crushed sugar
- 3 Eggs (Optional)
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 bowls Maida flour
- 1/2 Cup of Milk
- Flavour / Dry fruits / Tutti-Frutti if you want to add.
PROCEDURE
- Place the Rawa & Milk mixture in a Bowl for 2 hours before making cake
- Place the butter / ghee, sugar, baking soda , (Eggs - optional) in a mixing bowl and beat them together until the mixture is light, fluffy and creamy
- Take the Rawa & add 2 bowls Maida flour in the mixture, use hand or a wooden spoon to stir the mixture
- Add ½ cup of milk & stir the mixture again.
- Use butter/ ghee to grease the pans you are using.
- Add mixture in the pan.

- Place the pan on heat / gas for next 30 – 35 min.
- After 30 – 35 penetrate knife a little bit in baked cake to check whether the cake is baked properly or not.
- Remove oven from and cool on a rack for 10 minutes Remove the cakes from the pans and cool completely before frosting the cake.
