What Is Shengdana Ladoo :
It's an interesting dessert recipe that you can also eat as a snack in between meals. Made with roasted peanuts and jaggery powder, it is a traditional North Indian recipe served during festivals like Lohri and Makar Sankranti also you can have this on fast. (Jaggery : गुड़ )

If you are using raw peanuts for making this dessert recipe, then dry roast them in a frying pan for 5 minutes. Remove and cool.

Use Mixer and add roasted peanuts depending on the requirement , (Im just showing the peanuts after roasted)
Note : If you want white peanuts crushed remove skins otherwise you can use it directly
