Veg Cheese Noodles Roti Tacos



Steps : (Check out image for ingredients)
  1. Create noodles using maggi or any noodles you like.
  2. Cut following vegitables
    1. Capsicum
    2. Onion
    3. Boiled Potato (Optional)
    4. Tomato
  3. Cheese 
  4. Roti  / Chapati 
  5. Butter / Tup / Oil
  6. Ketchup (Tomato is best for test)
Ingredients


 Process :

  1. Add 2 tea spoons of oil / butter 
  2. Add vegetables in pan and fry it for like 2-3 mins till onion becomes brown
  3. Side by side keep noodles ready
  4. Spread ketchup on Roti / Chapati 
  5. Spread maggi on Roti 
  6. Add vegetables on and add cheese 
  7. Now fry roti after filling for 30 - 30 seconds from both the side.

Shengdana Ladoo (शेंगदाणा लाडू) What Is Shengdana Ladoo : It's an interesting dessert recipe that you can also eat as a snack in between meals. Made with roasted peanuts and jaggery powder, it is a traditional North Indian recipe served during festivals like Lohri and Makar Sankranti also you can have this on fast. ( Jaggery : गुड़ ) Procedure:  Step 1: If you are using raw peanuts for making this dessert recipe, then dry roast them in a frying pan for 5 minutes. Remove and cool. Step 2: Use Mixer and add roasted peanuts depending on the requirement , (Im just showing the peanuts after roasted) Note : If you want white peanuts crushed remove skins otherwise you can use it directly  Step 3: Take few jaggery blocks(like this in image) and mix it with peanuts crushed powder until fully dissolved/mixed.
