Shengdana Ladoo (शेंगदाणा लाडू) What Is Shengdana Ladoo : It's an interesting dessert recipe that you can also eat as a snack in between meals. Made with roasted peanuts and jaggery powder, it is a traditional North Indian recipe served during festivals like Lohri and Makar Sankranti also you can have this on fast. ( Jaggery : गुड़ ) Procedure: Step 1: If you are using raw peanuts for making this dessert recipe, then dry roast them in a frying pan for 5 minutes. Remove and cool.
